Although it takes an additional week or two for your order to arrive, we transport your order via temperature-controlled trucks to our regional hubs throughout the country before handing it off to local carriers for ground shipping to mitigate the risk of spoilage.

“Not your pretty, sweet little sake, this is a bolder, get your attention sake. There's an astringency in the initial taste and it ends with a dry finish. It's great with food (yes, sushi!) and is interesting, as opposed to being a background, don't really pay attention to it sake, for sipping. Think of it as real music instead of background tinkling. :)”
