One of my favorite go-to sakes. If you could drink Japanese craftsmanship, I imagine it would taste something like this -- delicate, refined, and beautiful. Nothing obnoxious or overpowered about this sake, just a delicate and fruity taste with a clean and crisp finish. Pairs perfectly with fish and sushi.

Knockout punch of sake. Extremely good, bold flavor with a finish that hangs around exactly as long as you want it to.

Such a versatile nectar , enjoyed alone as a deeply flavorful sipper. Or along side a meal. I indulged in my bottle beginning with a stand alone tasting walking through my gardens on a warm early summer evening, then finished with my beef tartar dinner. I will be back for more as the last sip came all to quick...

This is the best sake I’ve had for cooked seafood! It has a refreshing, slightly sweet taste that pairs well particularly with scallops and shrimp.

This is just an all-around excellent sake. A little on the sweet side. Too easy to drink! A great higher0end sake for beginners.
