Smooth and ~just~ dry enough, with a slightly tongue-coating quality, and a slightly nutty, savory finish... a perfect match for the vegetable yakiudon that I cooked tonight!! (In fact, I think that I could easily just sit and drink a bottle of this, at room temperature, almost any time!!!)
