“I really really love Funaguchi Kikusui Ichiban Shibori Yellow, it is so bold and delicious; really interesting. I would give it 5 stars alone, it was the first experience I had with a Nama style sake and it did not disappoint. The others are great as well, but I don't find them near as interesting! Careful though, they are pretty strong!”

The best part about this type of sake is the flavor. the higher proof and the unfiltered nature adds 10 times the flavor and "savory-ness" of regular store-bought sakes. “Love these! The red one is my favorite. They’re all funky, the yellow one is a bit more subtle, the red one brings out a bit of funky cheese, stronger flavor, and the black is similar to red, but somehow has more depth to the flavor but isn’t as in your face. Great stuff and love drinking canned sake.”
