“This is my favorite dry sake. There are other good dry sake to try as well but I always keep coming back to this one. When I want an acidic, less fruity, less floral sake that cuts through fattier or creamier foods, this is what I enjoy most.”
“This Kubota sake is one of my new favorites because it is very dry but still smooth and not biting. It pairs really well with oily fish or fattier, richer foods because the acidity cuts through the richness. It’s a really delicious Daiginjo that I have been drinking frequently instead of Dassai 39, for comparison. Highly, highly recommend it!”
Hi Matthew,
Thank you so much for your review! The taste of this sake changes depending on the temperature, and it goes well with Japanese food. Very easy to drink, mellow but also dry. Kubota has many kinds of flavors, so please find your favorite.
