“This is another one I received in the Sake Box and it was a pleasant surprise! It has an almost savory umami aftertaste that goes really well with flavorful meat dishes. I had it both alone and with some wings and I enjoyed it more then I expected to! The Dassai 45 was definitely the winner of the box, but I'd definitely order Suigei's sake again.”

Suigei “Tokubetsu Junmai” is kind of dry sake, and it taste like Fennel, so it must be pair with some meats and fish! If you like Dassai45, we also have some different series of sake.
“This is a smooth, clear sake with a sweetness akin of a nigori style sake. This is the type of sake you chill which brings out the sweetness more. I love this sake. Definitely one of my new favorites.”

Sigei is clean sake and it has great balance. If you like Suigei, I recommend you that OTOKOYAMA and HAKKAISAN. those are also dry sake.
