Very versatile sake. Has a subtle dryness and really light and slightly herbal umami aftertaste. I paired it with roasted garlic edamame but can see it also pairing well with cured meat or an earthy based dish such as mushrooms and sage. Enjoyed it best at room temperature where it picked up a very smooth texture.

I drink lots of this whenever I’m in Kochi, but always forget to bring some back, so it was nostalgic in a year I couldn’t travel. I enjoy the flavor most warm.

A light, deliciously sippable sake that paired as well with a cheese pizza as with a piece of salmon. Would order again.
