“ I love this sake! It's clean and crisp, but with substantial flavor. It has a nice touch of rice-feel, but with refreshing acidity. Enjoyed it last night, chilled, on its own, and also look forward to having with food. A really well-balanced, enjoyable ginjo-shu.”
