“Kamotsuru "Itteki Nyukon" is a delicious sake and one of our favorites. We have had it both chilled and at room temperature and have loved it either way. It paired really well with ginger pork, grilled shiitake with yuzu ponzu, red & white salad, and cucumber pickle. It is also wonderful for late-night sipping by itself.”
