Kamotsuru “Itteki Nyukon” has really good balance, so I think you felt some UMAMI when you drunk this sake.
I recommended some Sake Box because it is assorted sake, so you can compare some other sake.
I also recommended some NIGOI sake. It is unfiled so you can feel UMAMI.
