This was my favorite of the box. Almost juice-like but still distinctly sake.

Very tasty! The melon/apple sweetness comes through and I agree with another reviewer that this is a soft, gentle sake with almost no bite. The anise note is very interesting and keeps you wanting to drink a bit more because it's so unique.

This sake is just great. It has a very gentle and delicate flavor with (from my perspective) no bite at all. It goes down easy and is a perfect sake to serve to friends who are a little more sensitive to super strong flavor notes or mild alcohol bite.

The charming note on the top of the bottle cap says it all: Delicious Sake. This sake starts with a gorgeous label. The sake itself has a delicate aroma that is light and floral. The taste is full bodied and dry with a warmth, depth, and flavor reminiscent of comforting fresh bread. Simple and unique. Delicious and sophisticated. I love this sake.
