“Awesome selection from dry, clean finish such as Chiyonosono and Kikusui which I personally enjoyed them warm at 110F to the more floral, delicate and sweeter touch of the set including Miyanoyuki and Yumetsukiyo which I preferred chilled in a wine glass. Special mention to the crisp, clean finish and with an enjoyable sweetness honoring the title "Sip of sweet luxury" of Hakkaisan "Kijoshu". As recommended chilled in a desert glass...delicious
