“This was good sake. The most interesting thing about it was that it was from Brooklyn. I don't know 4 star or 3 star, but it certainly was not an effort to drink. 4 stars to give them encouragement.”
“I enjoyed this bottle with both a light broth ramen and salmon, which both worked out to be wonderful pairings. This brew is light, smooth, clean, easy to drink; with notes of melon, vanilla, and powdered sugar. I think lighter dishes and everyday foods pair wonderfully with this sake. One day I will need to try this fresh from the brewery itself!”
