“This bottle was part of my sake club order, and I wanted to start by saying I really enjoy being introduced to new sake that I may not otherwise pick. I tried this sake chilled and on its own. It had a light sweetness and an ample dry finish, but something seemed to be missing for me. Maybe with food or at a different temperature it would have really shown its true character, but it came across as muted with a more subtle flavor. Overall, no real complaints with this one as it was perfectly fine, it just was not a full five stars for me.”
