“I wasn't sure what to expect with the "Wet Stone" taste profile, but it tastes exactly like it sounds. Imagine someone pouring sake over a clean river stone and into your glass. It's a mineral taste swirled into a clean and smooth sake. Quite delightful to drink if you enjoy coffees, teas, and other unsweetened, earthy drinks.”
“Less-than-good cold and mediocre at room temperature. This sake tasted very alcoholic, almost bitter. It has all the flavor notes that turn many people off of sake and I'm not sure why it's on the Tippsy recommended list when there are so many better sakes on the site at similar price points.”
