Yes, OTOKOYAMA is so much smooth sake, and this sake is kind of dry sake. If you love this sake, I also recommend Hakksaisan and Suigei. These are also Junmai and dry one.

OTOKOYAMA is dry sake, so I t pair with some spicy foods, and there is more dry one. If you would like to try it, I recommend to prepare for spicy foods with it.
