“This is a great sake. When poured into the glass it is a pale gold color. The nose is floral with hints of melon around the edges. But the taste is fantastic. It starts off smooth with a strong anise flavor and finishes with a spicy peppery tail. For the price this sake can't be beat. It is a pleasure with a meal or by itself.”
