“Great delicious low-acidic premium light sake with a delicate sweet taste and notes of apple. I enjoyed it cold but also at slightly hot at 100-110oF which enhanced its sweetness in an ochoco.”
“After reading Mr. Ito’s background story and that this sake was an integral part of why he created Tippsy, I knew I had to try it. Well, this is one of the few bottles that I am ready to order again to keep on hand. It is simply delicious. It has a light floral nose with maybe a hint of green apple. The taste starts with a tart apple and finishes with what I would describe as a wildflower honey sweetness. Yes, it is sweet but it also has a depth and richness which balances that sweetness perfectly. This sake is highly rated by other reviewers and I whole heartedly agree, this one is great and you should try it. Better yet, get it and share it with friends who may not know much about sake. I imagine they will be surprised and who knows, they may also fall in love with this special beverage.”

“Part of my tasting membership set. Enjoyed with sushi and conducted a vessel tasting-traditional sake glass, stem glass and a “joker” glass (plastic cup) to see how the vessel impacted the nose and palate. Recommendation- chilled sake in a chilled Chardonnay glass-wonderful. Will buy again.”
