Kudoki Jozu “Junmai Ginjo” is really great quality of sake, so our first box is including it. It taste a little bit apple flavor.
It pair with sashimi or sushi because it is light sake.

Kudoki Jozu is one of the great quality of sake. It especially sweet apple flavor. If you like to drink some sweet sake, I recommend that NIgori which is unfiltered sake. It is a different kind of sweet.
