Kudoki Jozu “Junmai Ginjo” Reviews

4.7 Rating 45 Reviews
Had with donburi of maguro, ikura and tamago yaki on New Year's Day. Definitely some sweetness, but clean and crisp, so really went well with meal. Well-balanced. Quality junmai ginjo with flavor -- not like drinking water. Maybe not everybody's taste, but I love it!

A very pleasant surprise in the "first sake box" I got for Christmas! This is a refreshingly light and floral sake, was delicious and ethereal on it's own or I can see it going very well with a lighter meal.

Got this in the sake box. The sweetness comes through in the after taste which is nice, but it didn’t wow me. Drinkable, good, but nothing to rave about for me.

Beautiful nama. Smooth and slightly sweet, with a great aftertaste. Goes well with a charcuterie plate or some sashimi!

We are happy to hear that you are loving it! Kudoki Jozu "Junmai Ginjo" finishes on lingering flowery notes and it matches perfectly with Japanese food like sashimi like you mentioned! Thank you for sharing your experience!
