Kagatobi “Ai” Reviews

4.4 Rating 16 Reviews
The Kagatobi Ai played a subtle and tasteful hand; it is light and crisp with floral notes. It’s great and refreshing cold. Not a revelation but delicious nonetheless.

A pleasant note from start to finish. It's definitely something I recommend beginners who may be trying a sake that's a bit more neutral then anything. Nothing to write home about, but you can't go wrong with having this as a go-to.

Very nice in small amounts. Powerful floral notes a bit overwhelming compared to the Kagatobi “Juneau Ginjo” and “Ex Dry” that I received in the same box.

This sake is greaaaat for light dishes. It’s forward in it’s light sweetness; think fruity notes, not full blown dessert like nigoris. It’s light and dry, a good subtle white wine of sake.
