“Very very rich which appealed to me a lot at first. Has some sort of funky notes to it: wood ear mushroom, aged dry parmesan, and of course risotto. A very different experience from the fresher sake that I'm more used to. I highly recommend trying it for anyone anyways. Just turns out that I enjoy my sake like I enjoy my puerh--fresher but with age it is a pleasant change of pace.”
