“Such a lovely flavor. A less filtered Sake had little to no grit. The flavor was sharper as it warmed but chilled was so nice. (Keep in the fridge than on the table.) The bottle needed a swish between pours as the night went on. This was a perfect addition to a cooked ground beef-formed dish. (Think sloppy joe but tighter. No bread.) Red bell pepper sauce. Steamed carrots and coleslaw. The end of the bottle was SHARP. A rice wine sting as it warmed up. Still, no grit feel. It looked amazing in clear glasses.”
“Great rich flavor. The creamy texture from the sediment left from the sakes production hangs in the glass invoking the image of a snowy morning. A delicious addition to any sake refrigerator.”
