Hi Bill, Thank you so much for your review. Tozai “Blossom of Peace” is made in Kyoto. It is rich and dry sake, and it must be pair with some cheese and grilled meat.

Very good, and easy to drink sake. It's got a light fruity sweetness that, when served cold, is extremely refreshing on a warm day.

This is the first sake I tried. It took me a long time to remember that I bought it at tippsy. This wine is very suitable for beginners, as well as those who accept sweetness.

I’ve loved Tozai Plum Sake for a while now. The subtle sweetness takes you to the best memories. You’re sitting with friends, drinking and a smile will spread, that’s what happened to me. It’s best when hot, but also good when cold. Not for light weights, but still your friend

A bit too sweet for my taste on its own. But, as a 1:1 ratio with gin stirred in ice it makes for a tasty cocktail.
