“This sake has the best of both worlds. It is sweet and creamy like a typical unfiltered sake yet the flavor overall is broad spectrum, includes the subtle after tastes of a higher end filtered sake. This is pretty much the ideal all-purpose sake. It goes great with spicy Mexican food! Reminded me a little of horchata. This is my favorite nigori so far. It's a safe bet and the price is right.”
