Absolutely wonderful! Very refreshing with a different "feel" than most of the sakes we have had. Everyone agreed it was great.

Very light and floral, extremely drinkable. Clean, sweet rainwater and a hint of citrus on the nose, floral notes and sweet melon on the palate. Finish is lengthy and mildly sweet.

Received my order on August 2022 and when I checked the bottle, the bottled date was back on April 2021, and that's more than 1 year old for a sake bottle. Very disappointed as the Customer Service confirmed with me that all the bottles they deliver will be 3-6 months old. I know some might claim "it won't taste too different", well based on the price, I will expect better quality and better perception as well. If you want to throw this much of money on a sake, try Dassai 23 instead as they never fail

Thanks for your feedback. I understand your concerns and a lot of sake distributed on the traditional sales channels are well past the duration in which they can be consumed at its peak conditions. This is due to the long supply chain caused by the US alcohol regulations which usually involves multiple logistics companies and unreliable storage conditions. That is why our CEO founded this company. We source our sake directly from importers in Los Angeles where most of the containers arrive from Japan and ship products directly to you without risking to sacrifice the quality. It depends on the policy of the breweries or their importers whether to show production dates on their bottles. But I can assure you we don't accept anything older than one year old or anything that wasn't stored in the right conditions. It usually takes 3 months after the shipping from the breweries to get to the West coast. And as long as they keep their inventory moving, the sake we receive are 3-6 months old. Our customer service team has sent you reward points for this matter. We appreciate your feedback and understanding.

Very smooth. Incredible on the palate. Enjoyed the Sake chilled and paired it with Sushi purchased locally. Top quality. High recommend.

Paired surprisingly well with lamb. Is great both hot and cold. I tried it at the warm end of the spectrum (85-115) too and it was still pretty good. I think it lost a little bit of flavor though.

Smooth, delicate with fruity and floral notes. I enjoyed it cold either in ochoco or wine glass.
