Hi Maji, Thank you so much for your review. HEAVEN SAKE “Junmai 12” has an almost wine-like undertone, so someone does not like this taste of sake. This sake supported by a nutty nose with a unique salted caramel undertone. If you would like to drink some other HEAVEN sake or junmai sake, we have an assorted HEAVEN trio set and some other bottle of junmai sake on our website.
