“I purchased this unit based on the video I saw cutting long hair. The clipper appeared to be plastic(?) and lite weight. The unit I received is metal and heavy. It is not very easy to handle. The cutter guard is metal and sharp! It is easy to poke oneself when trimming the neck area. It also does not cut at skin level. It leaves a short stubble. A positive comment: the motor is very powerful.
