Standard Series Skid Steer Root Grapple Bucket 60" Reviews

4.7 Rating 45 Reviews
Read Titan Attachments Reviews

The Root Grapple Bucket is an exceptional landscaping tool, offering an efficient solution for moving rocks, logs, brush, and other heavy objects. Its rugged design features two grapples with a 34" opening and 24" long bottom tines, which are perfect for tearing through small roots and brush. The bucket's efficiency is enhanced by its twin 3000 PSI cylinders, enabling serious heavy lifting while ensuring smooth operation without overburdening your loader. Additionally, cylinder back stoppers prevent the upper clamps from hyperextending or getting stuck in an upright position. This unit connects to skid steer loaders or tractors equipped with the SSQA or universal skid steer style quick tach system and includes greaseable pins, bushings, hoses, and flat-face couplers for added convenience.NOTE: When ordering this grapple rake you will need to provide your phone number so the trucking and shipping company can schedule delivery.

Works great. Came in a nice secure metal frame and wrapped in plastic. Shipping was fast. Did a once over and the grease fittings were not tight but not a problem. The welding on it was not the prettiest but definitely adequate. Bottom line... The thing is well designed and well made and works great. I am using it on a kubota MX5100.

Finally got all the hydraulics and everything hooked up and were able to use the Grapple this past week. As noted by other reviews, we pulled all the covers and checked all the hydraulic lines for loose connections. Someone at Titan must have been reading the reviews, because all the connections were tight! Went to grease everything up and 2 of the Grease Zerks were missing. All of the rest were not even tight.....only started threading by hand! Beware! After a thorough going over, all is good. Something to remember, with the new Grapple, 3rd Function Valve Kit and new hydraulic hoses, we had to add 2-1/2 gallons of Hydraulic Fluid....check your level. Grapple worked like a charm working on a burn pile. Now, to go cut down some trees and brush to try out the main reason we got it for.....

Excellent value, high quality, tons of productivity when it comes to clearing brush and larger rocks. I've made more progress in 2 days with the grapple than months of previous work. The size and weight are at the limit of my 36hp tractor's capabilities. Doesn't want to tilt with much of a load due to the weight and added leverage, this isn't the fault of the grapple of course.

Purchased the grapple bucket to clean up storm damage for a municipal park system. The product fits perfectly on our toolcat and it just the right size, it's exactly as described. It's clearly high quality and I'd gladly purchase another one if needed.
