Economy Series Root Grapple Bucket Fits John Deere 48" Reviews

4.4 Rating 25 Reviews
Read Titan Attachments Reviews

This root grapple bucket has a hook and pin connection and fits any tractor equipped with a hook and pin mounting system. It is ideal for landscaping, land clearing, and removing roots and debris from your farm, garden, or yard. The serrated leading edge has a 0.5" top tooth thickness and 0.375" bottom tooth thickness for exceptional grip and soil penetration. Equipped with 3000 PSI cylinders, this bucket is great for jobs that require powerful lifting, including moving silage, brush, hay bales, and more, and has a cylinder back stopper to prevent the upper clamps from hyperextending or getting stuck in an upright position. Built with durable steel, this economy root bucket comes with hoses and ag couplers.
This lightweight model makes easy work of ripping up small roots and brush. It is not recommended for heavier duty commercial-grade tasks like digging or pulling trees, rocks, and heavy roots.

Hello Ben, please accept our sincere apologies if your cancellation request was not honored when you contacted us. We are unable to make adjustments to many orders once they have been placed due to the quick turnaround time. I looked through your account and found that you had already spoken with one of our customer service specialists, and you have advised us that you will sell the item instead of returning it. Please email us at info@titanattachments.com with the subject line PBR Amyra if you require further assistance.

I have a 2320 John Deere. There was no information on the proper way to hook up the hydraulics to work the grapple properly. The manual online has no information either. I called customer service and was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a callback. I am flying blind on this hook-up. Upon further investigation, I need to buy a $500+ diverter valve. I wish this was told upfront, I may have purchased a different grapple. The grapple itself hooks up to the tractor great, just hydraulics do not work as intended without the diverter valve.

These things work great, so handy. Only concern I have is the one of the hoses that goes the the cylinder is rubbing on the frame and starting to wear.

I recently purchased a 48" grapple to fit my JD 4320 compact. The fitment is good. We use it to pick up piles of brush and lift logs when I'm cutting. This tool is quite the labor saver. Originally Titan and I had a miscommunication about hose length. The grapple comes with about 5' of hydraulic hose, somewhat short of my rear 3rd SCV. They made good on it so their support (Thank you Robert Dix) is aces in my book. The price on the grapple is very reasonable and the shipping crate made of 1/8" angle iron became repurposed to become a gate. Very positive experience all the way around.

ordered 9/27, on fedx freight 9/29- in route from ca. to pa. tracked by computer and phone. arrived in Pa. 10/8 as projected, in perfect condition, on a 6 ft. pallet with an angle iron frame around the grapple. JD hooks and pins hooked up from loader arms to grapple- perfect fit first lift. 2 connectors on grapple hoses very large but standard equipment. my 3rd gen. kit was all JD quick connectors for plug and play. I went to a local store and bought 2 connectors that fit the grapple hoses and tractor connectors for $4 ea. the grapple works as good as it looks. I'm going to get lots of practice after I CUT DOWN 6 VERY LARGE DYING SUGAR MAPLE TREES !! this grapple is really a great addition to my JD ..STUFF

Well packaged. A very well made machine. Only one wish- it needs a third tine on the grapple. Very pleased!
