“The product looks like it will work for what I need it for. My only gripe was way in which the product was shipped - which I have already addressed in a previous survey. I was given 10% back on the purchase, but I could have easily pushed to have a new one sent and for Titan to take back the frame with the damaged paint. Something I am certain would have cost more than the 10% credited back to me. I asked for paint (to be the same color) to repair the areas affected by poor shipping prep and I was told to use the 10% credit to take care of it myself. Thanks...just what I wanted..to have to chase down the color and hopefully get it right.”
