“I purchased an economy Pallet fork attachment, specifically made for a John Deere tractor. But due to upper right hook being welded on slighty crooked, the lower pin will not fit into the cast receiver on the tractor. I am going to have to grind about a quarter of an inch of metal off the top of the lower pin to get the thing to work. I don't think the design is bad, but the quality control left a lot to be desired.”

“Biught the item and one side was welded wrong and it wouldn't fit. I contacted customer service and they offered a 10% refund so I can go get it gixed on my own. I said I wanted it replaced. Then they offered me 15%. Seriously pissing me off right now. I want it replaced. Still dealing with them. If they don't send the part its the BBB and my credit card company to get my money back. Terrible company to deal with!!!! Sell better merchandise and there wouldn't be any reason to return it.”

“The Mount and forks came separately. It took about a week and everything went smooth. The mount fit on my John Deere 120 R loader just fine. I think this was a good value.”

“I've bought several items from Titan over the years, and was always happy, but it seems their quality control and customer service has gone downhill. The fork frame will not fit. I would not mind so much if customer service would arrange for an exchange (things happen) but I'm getting nowhere on the exchange. I've sent pictures as requested. Then I sent measurements of their frame as requested...and now no reply! I started my warranty claim with a phone call. Seems the calls reach an out of country call center. Not much help. I will no longer recommend anyone do business with this company! Customer service is terrible!”

“The Pallet fork frame pin and hook are at different distances from each other and will not line up to the quick attach loader. I have a tool I cannot use and your company has given me no satisfaction in resolving the problem. They have gone as far as to tell me I can remove and reweld the hook myself. Terrible customer service. I am now just seeking a full refund and it appears that I will have to get a third party involved to resolve this issue.”
