“These Quick Attach plate and forks are solid and well built. The only issue I had was on the second day the pin inside the slide adjustment lever went missing so I will need to replace the pin to be able to slide the forks side to side (or remove them).”

“Keep in mind if you see more good reviews than bad, it's because Titan's website does NOT post the bad reviews unless the reviewer clicks "YES" to the question "will recommend the pallet forks". Below is my personal experience of the nasty tricks this company performs to avoid providing good products and fulfilling their warranty obligations. This is the second attempt to post this review. I would strongly suggest not buying any pallet forks from Titan. I purchased the above pallet forks and during normal use the frame bent causing the forks & frame to be damaged. Keep in mind the skid steer we were using these forks on lifting capacity is only 2200 and is no where near exceeding the 4000 lb capacity that the forks are rated for. I followed the warranty process outlined by Titan. I submitted all pictures and video requested through the warranty process. The person handling the claim stated that this qualified as a warranty replacement. The issue is that this product shows available to be purchased on the website right now (11.28.22) but since 11.16.22 the claim rep has stated this product is out of stock. Why would Titan still shows it being available for sale through the Titan website if it’s out of stock. I’ve even follow up asking if it’s not in stock why is it still showing available which the rep hasn’t responded to that question yet. Keep in mind this is a week before Black Friday which is one of the biggest sales day of the year. It’s hard to believe a company would be out of stock on a product right before one of the biggest sales days of the year. It’s still an ongoing warranty claim but from their current actions and lack of willingness to fulfill their warranty obligation, I’m not confident that this will be handled properly.”

“This review is for the mower I purchased, along with the forks. The mower gear box leaked after 6 hours of use. The rear wheel bent at the shaft. I contacted Titian for warranty and have not received any response. I would not buy anything again from this company. I have a orange paperweight for my implement shed now. Very disappointed. I have called and spoke with customer service alll they would do for me was say to make a claim online, which I did including sending in pictures. No response!”

“Great product. I received the frame very quickly but not the forks. I emailed customer service and they found the forks were lost in shipping. They immediately shipped another set. Definitely sold on Pallet Fork’s products and Customer Service!”
