“My order came unpackaged. The attachment was heavily at ratchet and appeared to have be used. It was supposed to be powder coated but the coating chips off rather easily like paint. An attachment point was welded on crooked and required modification by me to be able to mount on my tractor. Customer service was unwilling to resolve the issue as this company is likely not in the US and doing business as a third party. In hind sight the few hundred dollars I was trying to save was not worth the hassle. I will go to the tractor dealership from now on and purchase in person. The only east process was getting the ag exemption for sales tax. I would not recommend this company”

“First off, they ship the fork frame and forks as they are. There is zero packaging so the frames WILL get beat up in transit, mostly just the paint though. Nowhere is this disclosed and it's not offered to pay more for shipping and get it boxed. I was trying to get a US-made frame for my 2023 John Deere 1025r with r120 loader. The first one I received, the actual pins were welded crooked and not centered. The pins on this frame would not even fit in the required holes on the loader. These pins are already probably 1/4" smaller than the factory JD ones so that should have allowed plenty of tolerance. For my tractor it shouldn't be an issue, but I wonder about the strength on larger tractors. Because of the pins not fitting, I requested an RMA and sent them back. Frame # 2: The top pins (the required set for my tractor) do fit in the holes and are relatively straight. However, the holes for the lock pins were oriented in maybe a 30 degree angle when they needed to be vertical. So, I requested an RMA and sent them back, this time deciding to try the Chinese version that was cheaper and for them to refund the difference. Frame # 3: Even on this 3rd frame, the top pins weren't vertical like they should be. They were both a random orientation. So, I requested a refund and will get them elsewhere. I know my loader isn't unusual. I have other attachments that fit fine, both factory and aftermarket. I had recently switched loaders trading in my non self leveling (NSL) for a mechanical self leveling (MSL) and the JD and aftermarket attachments moved right over easily and fit and functioned without issue. Pros: I liked the design of this frame. Having the receiver hitch, and also its placement was great. Combining the receiver hitch and this model having a decent "headache rack" to prevent cargo from rolling over the back, was what drew me to this product. Unfortunately, they can't provide me with one that works with my tractor. Both the American-made and Chinese version looks identical and the welds are of moderate quality, but I think they'd hold just fine at least on my lighter tractor. With the same weld quality and same issues across frames advertised as US and Chinese-made, I wonder if they really are being made in different places or if they just slap a USA-Made sticker on it if you pay more.”

“Just tried my Forks out on tractor. And they work well and do the job. Only found one issue. The bottom attach plate was welded in at an angle instead of Flush. It’s pretty plain to see someone messed up the original weld and instead of grinding it flush and doing it again, they welded the second attempt on top of the other. It threw the plate off flush and made mounting to the tractor a little more difficult. It does work though. But this is not what I was expecting when I paid the extra bucks for “Made in the USA””

“Damaged pallet fork frame. Made all options of replacement difficult and inconvenient. Customer service tried to offer 10% refund if I kept it. Why should I accept damaged ‘scratch and dent’ items. Customer service clearly has set answers and can’t be flexible in handling customer complaints. Demanded full refund and return of damaged item. Very disappointed, won’t buy from Titan.”

“The fork attachment is very well built, but apparently paint is an option. The attachment was shipped in three separate shipments via FedEx (Backrest and each fork separately). The backrest only had a shipping label attached, no protective packaging. Therefore it looked like someone had taken a wire wheel to the paint and then it was dragged behind the FedEx truck all the way to my driveway. There was more paint removed than remaining on the backrest. I had to prep and repaint backrest upon receipt to minimize future corrosion. I get it will get nicked up with use, but disappointing to receive new attachment that looks well used.”
