“Overall quality looks good. Company hounds you for a review before you have had time to put it to work. Things I’ve noticed that needs improvement are quick attach fits tight and plate needs ground to allow clearance for pins to engage. Also small rods that keep bale from turning are held in with 3/8” bolts that have to be tightened frequently. They either need bigger set screw bolts hold in or they need welded. Other than those two issues it seems heavy enough built to do the job.”

“When I first received my hay attachment I was happy to see it was not some cheap, lightweight, thin waste of metal but rather a heavy duty, thick steel device with a well painted exterior. I was excited to test it out. Once I went to install on my tractor my excitement went to disappointment. My tractor uses a skid steer type of quick connect and although this attachment was designed for this, I think they should have done a little more research into the specs for this type of connection. The problem I had was that there were welds causing interference on the mounting plate and also the holes for the lock pins were in the wrong location. The customer service team understood the issues and quickly sent out a replacement but it also had the same issues. Rather than waiting for another replacement that more than likely would be have the same problem, I spent a few hours modifying to make it work. Now that I have had a chance to use it, I’m happy with the strength of the frame and spear to work my round bales.”
