Standard Series Pallet Fork Frame Attachment Frame + 48" Blades Reviews

4.5 Rating 303 Reviews

Rated at 4,000 LB, the all-in-one Standard Series Pallet Fork Frame boasts a higher weight capacity than the Economy Series frame and includes a see-through headache rack for added durability and safety. This frame features a slotted carriage bar and is available with or without Class II pallet fork blades, making it ideal for moving pallets, logs, and other debris. Additionally, it has a 2" receiver hitch to transform your skid steer or tractor into a towing machine.

For moving large hay bales quickly, the frame includes one main Conus 2 hay spear sleeve and a pair of stabilizer spear sleeves welded to the frame (spears sold separately). This attachment has a Universal skid steer connection and is compatible with any skid steer or tractor equipped with an SSQA system.

I've bought several other attachment from this company and they have all been great. This has been an exception. Within the first 48 hours the metal rail on the bottom where the forks attach bent allowing us to only use one fork. The upper guard has bent back when we tipped our forks back and the load leaned on it. We are only using a 5,000# machine so it's nothing huge we're moving. If your buying this for residential to use in your back yard once a month it will be great. Does not hold up well do daily use.

Hands down the best investment for small farmer. With the pallet fork and hay spear combo makes things easier and less equipment laying around.

I ask when I bought this if it would fit my Mahindra 1635 tractor and was told yes, it did not. I call customer service told them they said I needed to fill out online form and they would send them to me this was over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting. Very poor customer service. I should have been able to resolve this with one call. The holes for my quick attachment pins are to close together by about 1/4 inch.

Should have spent more on the US made version. Bent the lower rail of the frame where the fork hooks in on the second use. Fork twisted sightly in a pinch point and bent the frame and popped off. Was able to sledge it back to fairly straight and reattach, but it's obviously going to be a weak spot for all future use.

This is the second set I have purchased from and I am very pleased with the quality and value. That said I, I believe the weld quality seemed better on my first set a few years prior. Also one of the latch pins on the new set has a too large hole or too small tension pin on the fork set pin. Not a big deal, but should not have happened. I will replace the pin with something larger. the reason I ordered another set was to get the 48" forks rather than the 36" I ordered on my first set. I had browsed around online for a recommendation on which to buy and settled on the 36". I discovered on my first use why I had made a mistake. I have a 1980's vintage John Deere 850 that I converted to SSQA and I cannot see the 36" forks from the operator seat. Newer tractors have a more rounded hood that gives better visability. Even with the 48" it is tough to see, but doable. The 36" is plenty adequate for handling the pallets and baskets I used them on, I even used them, pinched together for digging out some rocky soil. Used this way , with care, they worked well. I placed 36" forkes on the new back plate and sold them and kept the 48", and that would be my recommendation to you, go with the 48", unless you have a very small tractor or a high operator seat to see over your hood better than me!
