The pallet fork came promptly, but the frame was all scratched up. I know it's going to get all scratched when I use it, but it seems as if it should at least come new.

The top bar was bent upon arrival. If it wasn’t for that, it would get 5 stars. Looked like it was shipped that way because there was rust on the impact mark where the paint was scratched off.

Overall these are a great set of pallet forks for the money. They do have a little spring to them which I found troubling when trying to load a pallet in a pickup truck. If you are like me, and are forced to store these outside - you’ll want to consider drilling some weep or drain holes in the channel where the top of the forks attach. Water has no way to escape and will simply lay there - causing rust. Paint skins off super easy so plan on having to repaint with a good enamel after a couple uses. I also painted the last six inches of the forks with safety yellow for visibility. It wears off pretty quickly with heavy use - but for me it goes a long way in helping me align the forks under a pallet in low light conditions. I would buy these again.
