“The Cut Out Plate I ordered arrived swiftly! After unpacking, I noticed the plate was bent - most likely happened during shipping. I notified Titan about the issue & was taken care of immediately. I received a replacement Plate in a matter of 3 days. Very impressed with Titan’s customer service and rectifying my situation so I could finish building my Grapple Attachment. Thumbs up Titan!!”
