“When I unboxed I noticed it was missing the top link. I called them and was on hold for over 30 minutes and I elected to press 2 for call back. I also emailed them the same day. Now it’s been over 3 weeks and still haven’t gotten a call back or a response to my email. Yet again I find myself sitting on hold for over an hour again I press 2 for call back. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can’t rate the product itself cause I haven’t been able to use it yet. The 1 star is for their customer service.”

“Only one lock pin could engaged at a time. The spacing for the pins was incorrect. I had to remove 1/2" of material from each side in order to latch both sides at once. A sawzall, hammer and chisel were the only tools available at the time. After an hour I was able to attach the plate correctly to my tractor. The plate is fine, once attached properly, for the boom lift I need to use.”
