Shipping and all contact with Titan service department was a waste of my time. They never accepted any responsibility, blamed it on third party ( shipper Titan selected and paid) then Titan told me I should have got a friend or neighbor to help me carry it from driveway to carport. Note it only weighed approximately 50 lbs I walked down the driveway, picked it up and carried it back to the house.
According to their service department Titan had no accountability it was up to me.
I’m looking at loader buckets but it want be from Titan.
