“I am using this on my Bobcat CT2025 with the Titan hitch mounted ripper, which I have previously used on a 25hp garden tractor. It's being used to loosen Georgia clay to make trenches for water lines about 6 inches deep. This issue is that between rocks and roots, the box channel used to make the 2 inch receiver is just too thin of a gauge. The top of it has bent pretty bad from the force. It at the minimum it would have a metal brach welded to the top, it would be quite a bit stronger. I will be modifying it by welding reinforcements onto it. As it is, this is basically just good enough for pulling trailers and light work. Not for heavier work, such as trenching or middle busting.”
“Makes it quick and easy to move boat and utility trailers about in the yard. The trailer's jack does not have to be adjusted to engage the ball as the 3-point hitch lifts the front of the trailer sufficiently to allow it to be moved. I have also used the bucket mount hitch ball but this can handle the trailers more steadily than the bucket. Also works better for a longer distance than pushing the trailer with the bucket hitch. The bucket mount hotch is better for tight quarter stowage maneuvering.”
Hello Floyd, please accept our heartfelt apologies if the receiver slop with the ball bar installed. We value our customers' feedback and are constantly working with carriers to enhance the products we manufacture to achieve our goal of providing the highest quality possible. I checked your account and found that you had already spoken with one of our product specialists, who informed you that we do not carry a bushing/sleeve that would take up the slop of the hitch. There are companies that do sell them, and they can be purchased locally. Please email us at info@titanattachments.com and reference PBR Amyra if you require further assistance.
