“You included the 3 pins, but only 1 clip. I can't use it until I drive into town and buy 2 clips. Clips only cost about $0.50, why don't you include them?? If you did, I'd rate this purchase 5 stars instead of 4. Driving into town is a hassle and costs fuel money!”
