“The product was exactly what I was looking, was easy to install and worked the way I thought it would. What I was disappointed with was the packaging. The pictures show the condition of the box and damage to the broken grease zert. I had to drill and tap new threads to install a new grease zert. They had to put it in a new box in order to complete the delivery. I realize it didn’t come from your facility, but there must be a better way to ship. I’m not looking for any compensation. You said to be honest with my answers. I would like a response from you on this. Thank you, Robert Devine”

“I took a chance and order these as a more cost effective option for my Land Pride LR1672 rake compared to the Land Pride option. I was very please with the robust build quality. the holes lines up but unfortunately the mounting plate cannot sit flush as it hits the rake tine bolt. however, it is very easy to work around this. You can add thick washers, a 1/4-3/8 metal plate (as I did) or grind a small amount off the leading edge.”
