“Packaging was damaged and had to be shrink wrapped by Fed Ex before being able to be delivered. Otherwise it is working good on my Kubota tractor and picking up straw.”

“Ordering process was easy. Package was badly damaged when it arrived but the contents seemed OK. I assembled it, it takes 2 people or LOTS of clamps to do that. Tried to attach it to my Cat 1 3-point quick hitch and it would not fit. I tried contacting customer service and was given the run-around. After several calls & emails, they decided it was MY PROBLEM because their website doesn't specifically say it is quick hitch compatible. COME ON! If something isn't quick hitch compatible, it should specifically state that in the item description. Nowhere on the web description does it say this item would not fit a quick hitch. I eventually processed a return under their 30-day back policy but had to pay return shipping of $70. However, they couldn't even get that right. The tracking number they gave me in the email was incorrect, so I couldn't set up a pickup with Fedex until I discovered their error. NEVER BUY FROM TITAN ATTACHMENTS!!!”

Hi , thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Our attachments items listing usually would indicate what kind of loader it's hitch it's compatible with. We highly suggest to check the item's product page's listing or reach out to our product support team via phone or email. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a return has been keyed and a refund has been issued on 10/19. My sincere apologies again.

“I'll never know if it's good or not. After months of waiting and 4 returned attempts due to damage in shipping I was left high and dry with no rake. Very disappointed!”

“I have been met with nothing but frustration. I ordered a pine straw to rake two months ago that arrived in packaging that appeared to have been done by a child. The shipment included no hardware to put it together and was even missing a large piece of the rake. After discussing with customer service, they elected to ship me a new rate as they were unable to source the individual parts for shipment. And unfortunately, the replacement rate was so poorly packaged that FedEx refused to deliver it to my home because it was in pieces. The box disintegrated. I had to drive an hour round-trip to retrieve my new rate. Customer Service also required that I ship back the original pieces of the rake, however, because the shipping box disintegrated on both the first and second shipment, I have no way of returning the pieces without incurring cost to have them re-packaged. I don’t have a box laying around that will accommodate 5 foot pieces of steel. The quality control at this company is abysmal and I certainly have no plans from making any purchases from Titan in the future.”
