“I have been happy with your company and was impressed with how fast the order was shipped to me. However, the box it came in was badly torn up. I tried putting the rake together, but it was missing a piece. I filed a warranty claim online, but heard nothing back except a verification that my message was received. I later called. She was very nice and said the replacement part would be sent off. After about a week and not receiving any verification of the item being sent I called. I was told at that point it would be a week, maybe 2 weeks before anything is processed. I’ve heard nothing since. So, I have a pine straw rake which I’ve paid for that I can not put together. I need to use it. I’m just about to the point of just returning it and buying one from a different company. Your lack of communication and lack of desire in resolving this issue is frustrating.”

“After the challenge of assembly, ( putting the piece on the tractor did help, along with putting a bolt in one end of the second piece to hold the tines in ), I used it to rake leaves that had been down for 5-6 months. It wasn't thorough, but I think it will do better on fresh fallen leaves.”

“Works great for what it's designed for - pine straw. It does ok with leaves, but is useless with gum tree balls (pods).”
