The 3 Point Drum Spike Aerator will help improve the quality health of your lawn by breaking through tough land to promote better soil for grass growth. This tow-behind attachment connects to Category 1 or 2, 3 Point hitches and includes the Cat 1 lower lift pins. The 3" long spikes create small slits as rolled across your lawn to allow better soil drainage and the infiltration of lawn supplements; perfect for seed germination. The drum comes empty and can fill up to 35 gallons of water to increase the weight for better penetration for your spikes to aerate the lawn. Create a beautiful landscape or level a field with this Drum Spike Aerator attachment.

It came quickly, FedEx did the unloading. Perfect fit for my small tractor and punched holes in my red clay well as long as it's not to dry. The only problem I had was two small leaks in the weld seam of the drum. Easily fixed with JB Weld or a welder. Happy with the aerator and still punching holes.

Why doesn't Titan offer Drum Spike Aerator with tow bar for ATV or Lawn Tractor? Makes sense! More people would tend to use it rather than a 3-point. My neighbors were impressed with it after a showed them on your web site. Could have ordered a least 3-4 of them but not with 3-point.

After reading the reviews on other products, I decided to try American made. This aerator is over built for the job if that's possible. The welding is thick and the quality of construction is excellent. I used it on a neglected, hard packed, rutted yard. Full of water, it sank to the drum and started smoothing the ruts. In 4 hours of work, I ran over a tree trunk, hit rocks, made some dumb sharp turns, backed up with it down and still didn't break it. To the guys who built this aerator, good job.

I purchased this item in April of 2019 and used it twice already on my 3 Acre yard. This roller does exactly what it's meant to do! It is worth the purchase. Works good on a 3-point hitch from the tractor but I also made a removable tow bar to pull it with a zero turn and that seems to work even better when you have to turn when the roller is down. There is no turning the roller well in the down position hooked to the 3 point hitch of the tractor that is why I made a removable tow bar to pull the roller instead.

I bought this because I have very rock soil and figured the plug type would have problems. This aerator works better than I expected. I went over to my neighbors farm to assist with fallen trees and he asked me to drag it across his fields on my way over... why not? Wet field and without any water in it the spikes sunk just about to the barrel. Over on my rocky soil, with no water, the spikes were about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Perfect for grass planting. Given the rocky soil.... FYI turning while in the down position could cause some bent spikes but they bend right back with a pipe wrench.
