“I bought these replacement hammers, thinking that I would be able to use these for years to replace bad ones on my mower. I replaced one, then went back to work with my flail mower. Unbeknownst to me, the 4 bolts holding the rod to the mower vibrated loose and came free when I was mowing. This caused a bearing and the bolt mount to break. Not too hard to fix, right? WRONG. Titan refused to supply me with the right parts, even though I identified them on the part list. Now I have 2 choices: replace the flail mower, obviously not from Titan this time ($2K), or try to fabricate these parts myself. I'm going to try the latter and see how that goes. BUT IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER IF TITAN JUST HAD THESE PARTS IN STOCK. I really liked Titan and have purchased a few implements from them and they were my go-to. Now, I can't buy anything from them, knowing they won't support their own products. I'm actually kind of amazed they even have these replacement hammers. SHAME ON YOU TITAN - you do most things well but this will break your business over the long run unless you address it. If you do, please let me know!”
