“The Titan ballast box has some features I didn't at first think were necessary. But the small door, the tool tubes, and the ability to use pallet forks are a nice addition. Filled my ballast box with gravel and so far it has worked quite well. The paint job is unfortunately very poor and it doesn't appear any primer was used since rust has appeared. Despite some of the finish details not being of a high quality, the box works as intended.”

“Titan Attachments obviously did not perform a QA inspection on the ballast box I received. The paint inside the box did not adhere to the metal. I was able to see this after just looking inside the box for a couple of seconds. After examining it further, the paint was coming off in large pieces, revealing bare metal with light surface rust. I submitted a warranty claim, but Titan's credit was n where near what it would take to repaint the box. In order to ship it back, I was told I would be responsible for repacking the box and preparing for shipment back. I went back and forth with Titan and finally was so tired of dealing with them that I settled for a revised credit. I am in the process of removing all the flaking paint, sanding the good paint, and repainting the entire box.”
