Read Titan Attachments Reviews

This 3 point hitch attachment has a 2 5/16" ball to transport gooseneck trailers and attaches to Cat 1 and Cat 2 tractors – including John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, and more. With an impressive hitch tongue weight capacity of 3,500 LB, this durable tractor attachment is ideal for heavy duty towing – and has a 840 LB suitcase weight capacity to prevent your tractor from tipping. Plus, it doubles as a hay spear mount to transport hay bales with one sleeve for a Conus 2 spear and two sleeves for stabilizer spears (spears sold separately). And it’s Titan quick hitch compatible, so no more spending all day swapping out implements! Crafted with 3" x 3" tubular steel that is 1/4" thick, the tractor attachment comes equipped with a 2" standard trailer receiver hitch, a gooseneck ball, suitcase weight rack, a built-in recovery hook, safety chain loops, a Conus 2 hay spear sleeve and stabilizer sleeves, and Cat 1 and 2 step pins.
The Pro Series stands out as the pinnacle of our 3 Point hitch lineup. It combines the full functionality of our Standard Series models with enhanced features such as spear sleeves, suitcase weight holders, and a higher towing capacity.

First, it is well built and heavy duty. Second, this 3 point hitch implement will not work as a stand alone implement on my new Cat 2 tractor. The spears tilt down in the raised position no matter how many adjustments are made which causes the hay roll to slide off while moving. This unit and all their units is designed to work on the quick hitch system. The issue is the distance between the center of the lift arm pins and the center of the adjustable top link pin. The measurement is 14.75 inches. My research on several tractor forums discovered that the Cat 2 measurement should be around 24 inches and that the Cat 1 measurement should be around 18 inches. I extended/raised my center post 9.25 inches which now my distance is 24 inches. With it now in the raised position, the spears point upward and the hay roll doesn't slide off while moving. Third, it only has the Cat 1 and Cat 3 lift arm pins (no Cat 2 pins). To use it on my tractor, I have to use the sleeves/adaptors on the Cat 1 pins which is aggravating to align. Future plans is to turn down the Cat 3 pin to a Cat 2 pin so not to have to use the sleeves/adaptors. And to drill out the top link holes for the Cat 2 pin. I have already contacted Titan and we have come to an agreement. If you look on their website, the picture with this hay spear in the raised position shows the top link mount tilted away from the tractor instead of tilted toward the tractor. The YouTube video showing all the 3 point hitch hay spear options shows the same thing in the raised position which they all tilt away from the tractor causing the spears to point down toward the ground. Titan will need to offer a non-compatible quick hitch line to work on the bigger hp tractors. And someone will probably say just replace the top link with a hydraulic link setup. This is a simple operation. Back the hay spear into a roll, then pull up the lever to raise the roll up which it tilts toward the tractor. Why add another lever to operate in this simple function which is tilting the hay spear with a rear hydraulic remote.
