Contacted customer service and they declined return due to the “ not unopened “ clause”

“Why include Metric bolts? Most farmers I know that have taps and use them, don't have metric taps.
I used 1/2-13 bolts, but even the washers and lock washers are metric sized and won't fit a 1/2 bolt.”
